Workshops
Workshops take the form of a gentle, thoughtfully structured day designed to help you begin to process the hurt and loss you may be carrying, whatever shape it takes.
During the workshops, you’ll be guided through a series of simple, supportive practices that help you reflect, release, and reconnect.
There’s no pressure to ‘perform’ or to share more than you feel comfortable with.
You’ll be held in a warm, respectful space from start to finish.
