Each of the workshops offers a space to support you in navigating any loss you’ve been carrying.
Each session uses a combination of tools, practices and the support of the group, to help you move forward with more clarity and ease.
The Grief Space
One day workshop in a safe and supportive group where your loss will be seen, heard and validated. You will explore concepts of grief and grieving and learn how to release and metabolise grief.
Exercises will include simple ritual, letter writing and some somatic work. My aim is that this will allow you to move forward carrying your grief more lightly.

Navigating redundancy
An online workshop delivered over two sessions, designed to support and empower you.
Together, we’ll create space to acknowledge the loss of your job, and the future you imagined, so it can be honoured and processed.
You’ll be part of a supportive group where your experience will be heard and validated, and you’ll gain tools to release the grief of your loss in healthy ways.
The aim is to help you move forward feeling lighter, more confident, and ready for what comes next.

Healing the Mother Wound
An opportunity to explore your own and the collective mother wound we all carry. We look at how it can shape our self-esteem, our inner critic, how trusting we are of others and ourselves, and how connected we feel.
You will understand the expectations of the mother role, what happens when our needs aren’t met adequately, and why we need to grieve this to fully heal.
Using a combination of ritual, somatic work, and the healing power of being witnessed, you’ll be gently guided through the experience.
The aim is to support a shift in perspective, helping you live more peacefully and begin to return to a sense of wholeness.
